Flutter Developer
You’ll build cross-platform mobile apps on Flutter and our own mobile platform — products used daily by real businesses, not prototypes that die in a drawer.
Hard skills
- 3+ years of Flutter/Dart in production
- REST APIs, state management, clean architecture
- Experience publishing to App Store and Google Play
- Firebase: Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM, Crashlytics
- Confident work with Git, code review culture, CI for mobile builds
- Attention to UI detail — animations, adaptive layouts, platform conventions
Soft skills
- Self-organized in remote work — you manage your own focus and deadlines
- Clear communication: honest estimates, early warnings about blockers
- Ownership mindset — you care how the feature works in production, not just that it compiles
- Comfortable discussing requirements directly with the client’s team
Remote
AI Engineer
You’ll design and ship AI agents on top of leading LLMs — Claude, GPT, Gemini — with orchestration, RAG pipelines and integrations into ERP, messengers and client systems.
Hard skills
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks
- Python or TypeScript, prompt engineering, RAG
- Understanding of production constraints: cost, latency, safety
- Experience integrating agents with external systems: REST APIs, webhooks, databases
- Vector stores and embeddings for search over internal knowledge bases
- English good enough to read docs and write clear prompts and specs
Soft skills
- Experimentation mindset — hypothesis, test, measure, iterate
- Able to explain complex AI behavior in simple words to non-technical people

Remote
DevOps Engineer
You’ll run the infrastructure our products live on: our own VDS fleet, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and backups — built for years of uptime, not demos.
Hard skills
- Linux administration, Docker, CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub Actions)
- Monitoring and alerting (Prometheus/Grafana or similar)
- Networking, security hardening, backup strategies
- Nginx or similar reverse proxies, TLS, DNS, firewalls
- Databases in production: PostgreSQL/MySQL replication and backups
- Scripting for automation — Bash, Python, or Ansible
Soft skills
- Calm and methodical during incidents — diagnose first, then act
- Documentation discipline: runbooks and configs others can follow
- Proactive — you fix causes, not symptoms, before they page you at 3am
- Clear async communication with developers and clients

UI/UX Designer
You’ll design interfaces for mobile apps, web products and ERP modules — from user flows and wireframes to polished UI kits that developers actually enjoy implementing.
Hard skills
- 3+ years of product design for web and mobile
- Figma mastery: components, auto-layout, design systems
- Strong portfolio of shipped products, not just concepts
- UX thinking: user flows, information architecture, usability
- Ability to design complex data-heavy screens (dashboards, tables, forms)
- Close collaboration with developers — you know what’s cheap and what’s expensive to build
Soft skills
- You defend design decisions with arguments, not taste
- Open to feedback and quick iterations without ego
- Empathy for real users — including warehouse operators, not just app lovers
- Able to juggle several projects and switch contexts gracefully
